Application period

We run two admission tracks:

• Official admission cycle — Applications for the new school year’s K1 intake follow the Education Bureau’s admission timetable. Interviews are normally conducted in November, with registration taking place in January of the following year.
• Rolling admission — Applications are accepted all year round, subject to the availability of places. This provides flexibility for families who need to join outside the official cycle, including families newly arrived in Hong Kong from Mainland China, Southeast Asia, or anywhere else in the world.

Registration Certificate (RC) or Kindergarten Admission Pass (AP) (where applicable) — required for every kindergarten applicant

Under the Education Bureau’s Kindergarten Education Scheme, our Kindergarten can only register a child who holds a valid Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission (RC) or, where applicable, a Kindergarten Admission Pass (AP). This requirement applies to all children, including those who hold a Hong Kong Birth Certificate or have the right of abode in Hong Kong.

Parents should apply directly to the EDB for the RC, normally between September and November for admission in the following school year, and submit it to the Kindergarten at the time of registration. Without a valid RC or Admission Pass, we cannot complete your child’s registration.
