Withdrawal and De-registration

Application procedure – should parents decide to change schools or withdraw after registration, they must submit a signed written notification in person at our General Office with valid identity documents. Verbal or telephone notifications will not be accepted.
De-registration and release of documents – upon receiving the written application, our kindergarten will process the cancellation via the EDB system and return e-RC/AP documents within 3 to 5 working days. Once completed, the registration is terminated immediately; our kindergarten will no longer reserve the place, and the vacancy will be reallocated to the waiting list.
Registration fee – in accordance with EDB guidelines and school policy, all registration fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable should parents forfeit the place or transfer to another kindergarten.
